AIE和ESIPT

AIE and ESIPT

Aggregation-Induced Emission (AIE) is a photophysical phenomenon where molecules emit light upon aggregation in the solid state, contrary to traditional aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ). Excited-State Intramolecular Proton Transfer (ESIPT) is a rapid intramolecular proton transfer process in excited states that leads to dual emission.
