Non-additive characteristics of CO2 reaction heat in blended amine solvents

The phenomenon where the heat of reaction for CO2 absorption in a mixture of amine solvents does not equal the sum of the heats of reaction in the individual solvents. This deviation is driven by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and synergistic interactions between the solvent components.
